"I really appreciate Jeff and Becky, good folks to do business with. Sometimes you don't know folks until things don't work right as in my case. My sprinter camper van has a blind spot sensor because of the poor visibility on the passenger side of the vehicle. I bought a Sundowner motorcycle trailer from Jeff and Becky and low an behold, the blind spot sensor stopped functioning and as Murphy's Law will always rule, I didn't grasp this until going through Chattanooga traffic. Jeff and Becky worked with me to return the trailer and refund the loan and I couldn't be more appreciative or impressed. The trailer was excellent, it is an issue with the the Sprinter camper van.
